Golf

Maraiko Bay is a golf resort township, with an international championship -standard 18-hole golf course to be set within the palm tree covered land, and with extensive water features, contouring, and a grand finish along the beach front to the high-specification Clubhouse. The golf academy features a full-length floodlit driving range with ‘cutting edge’ coaching and Pro-shop facilities, sports bar and 3D golf simulators.

At over 7,000 yards, the course will be a true test for any golfer, but with a set of 5 tees per hole, it will be enjoyable for any standard of player. Maraiko Bay Golf Course will set the standard for an international golf experience in the whole region.

Marina

Connecting with the Mahaica River and then to the Atlantic, Maraiko Bay will have a 230+ berth marina, modern chandlery facilities and exclusive Clubhouse.

With services and maintenance facilities to every berth along the floating jetties, sales and servicing will be available in the comprehensive boatyard, and of course a restaurant, bar and information centre in the Clubhouse. Security measures to include access barriers, CCTV and on-site security personnel ensure that your boat and car-park use is kept safe and secure.

Leisure Club & Health spa

The focal point for deep relaxation and body care, the Club will feature casual dining, a bar and lounge, private meeting rooms, complete fitness and swimming facilities, spa amenities and a professionally staffed shop. Members can enjoy personalized service, with the holistic spa experiences combining the universal wellness and fitness practices of the new world, with the timeless traditions of the old, including that of the Yoga Life Sciences.

Sports Complex

For indoor and outdoor sports, Maraiko Bay is to have a comprehensive range of sophisticated facilities with professional coaching. The complex will cater for swimming, squash, basketball, volleyball, badminton, indoor cricket, 5-a-side football, and other sports, with cafe and gym facilities.

Sport Pitches

Dotted around the resort township will be a range of international-standard natural grass and synthetic turf sports pitches and facilities, including pitches for soccer, American football, baseball, cricket training, and a range of other sports.

An exclusive tennis club is to be situated on the beach-side of the resort township, with both grass and modern synthetic courts, where you can play, take a lesson, practise your serve or play a competitive match whatever the weather. Beach activities & water-sports

A huge natural advantage of the Maraiko Bay resort township is, of course, the beach and the water surroundings. On the Atlantic frontage, there is around 4km of the pristine palm-lined beach, with ample space for all kinds of activities, and the river, bay and ocean for sailing, fishing and other water-sports.
